In Cleveland, we’ve got world-class experiences without the world-class ego. And for that, you’re welcome.
Here in Cleveland, we’ve got beef cheek in our pierogi, truffles on our hot dogs and beer in our donuts. Balance.
Whether you’re into the thread count of your linens or just a place to crash for the night, we’ve got a hotel room with your name all over it.
You know those places only the locals know? Let our experts help you find them with free maps, itineraries and insider tips.
History hasn't always been easy on us. But pressure can create diamonds. Come check out our gems.
Wish you crossed the Cuyahoga River more often to check out the opposite side of the city? Haven’t had the chance to scope all the city’s new attractions?

Ready to commit to CLE for Be a Tourist in Your Hometown Weekend? Sweet.
The Be A Tourist in Your Hometown Weekend is no accident. On June 21-23, we’re hosting Visit Me in CLE weekend, in which Clevelanders from all over The Land are inviting their friends and family here for an action-packed weekend getaway.
First thing’s first: we need to make sure our Cleveland peeps have had the chance to get to know their city long before their friends and family show up in June. Practice makes perfect, right?
The topographical reality is that there is an actual river that divides Cleveland geographically into an east side and a west side. It’s called the Cuyahoga and, man, she’s a fiery one.
We certainly do stick to our sides of town, don’t we? Think the “other” side is difficult to navigate? Nervous about things to do once you’ve made your way? Listen, it’s not that complicated.
The 2019 East Side / West Side Challenge, happening March 22-24 as part of Be A Tourist in Your Hometown Weekend, is about to get you out and onto that other side of town with fun challenges, DIY itineraries and plenty of opportunities to win prizes along the way. We’ll even be there to help you along.
And our suburbs are no exception. With interesting attractions like a national park, award-winning chefs, Lake Erie beaches and miles of interconnected bike trails, there’s a whole world of exploration beyond Cleveland’s city limits.
Get up and get out. Use Be A Tourist in Your Hometown Weekend as an opportunity to love on a suburban neighborhood that you’ve never given the time of day.
