Community is what it’s all about in the Lee-Seville neighborhood, a residential area with a love for tradition and a focus on family. Located on Cleveland's south side, this neighborhood is flanked by the suburbs of North Randall and Warrensville Heights. The area is home to several manufacturing and distribution facilities, as well as dozens of laid-back, no-frills restaurants and to-go eateries.
This Cleveland neighborhood also boasts a unique piece of history: in 1929, Arthur R. Johnston, a resident of this area, became one of Ohio’s first African American mayors, and the first in Cuyahoga County. At the time, this was a major win for civil rights progress. Today, the neighborhood continues to keep its eye on the future.
