Driving to Cleveland

Road trip planner

Cleveland is within 500 miles of nearly 50% of the U.S. population, making it super easy to get to by car. That’s six hours from cities like Chicago and Philadelphia, and well under eight hours from New York City. Accessible via six highway systems and boasting an easy Downtown commute, there’s never been a better location to opt for that glorious mileage reimbursement check.

Pittsburgh to Cleveland

A road trip to Cleveland only takes an average of about 2.5 hours from Pittsburgh. So, load up your Steel City wagon, turn up the tunes from Donny Iris and head west on the Turnpike (I-76/I-80) until you hit The Land. Yinz’ll love it here.

Columbus to Cleveland

Hop on I-71 north and head toward I-77 in Cleveland. In a little over two hours, you’ll be situated in The Land. And never fear, this is Buckeye territory up in these parts.

Cincinnati to Cleveland

Want to find out how Cinci’s beer scene holds up against Cleveland’s? Then, it’s time for a road trip to The Land. Head north on I-77 and in just about four hours you’ll be bar hopping through Ohio City.

Detroit to Cleveland

Ready to watch the Motor City Kitties take on the Cleveland Guardians? Plan your Detroit-to-Cleveland road trip now. Drive south on I-75 for 50 miles and then another 70+ miles east on I-80/I-90 toward The Land. In just under three hours, you’ll be at Progressive Field in Downtown Cleveland.

Chicago to Cleveland

This road trip to Cleveland will have you on a 342-mile journey in three states along I-90 east. All in all, it’s about a 5.5-hour drive from CHI to CLE.

Buffalo to Cleveland

Pack the cooler full of wings and beef on weck, because it’s time for a road trip to Cleveland. This three-hour journey will have you following the Lake Erie coastline along I-90 west.

Just Google It
