“Triple L Excentric Gyratory III,” is a
38-foot-high, three-armed, stainless
steel kinetic sculpture by George Rickey
that swings in concentric circles. It
anchors the outdoor plaza of the PNC
Center. The 35-story office tower, built in
1980, is connected via an annex to historic
office buildings dating back to 1893.
