I’ve worked in the restaurant industry my entire life. I loved the hustle and bustle of the restaurant industry, I started out as busser at the age of 15 and then eventually as life progressed worked my way up to a General Manager position at a full-scale hibachi restaurant. I knew then I wanted to start my own restaurant but wasn’t sure what kind.
My observation taught me that people loved hibachi but didn’t necessarily need the hibachi show every time. That’s when the idea popped into my head that I wanted to provide people who craved high quality hibachi a place where they can get great hibachi style bowls at an affordable price.
I also wanted to bring a modern feel and urban design to my Asian themed restaurant. Most importantly I want to bring value to the community by being an employer of quality staff and great food and service.
