Chef Dave grew up with Italian food and was professionally trained in New Orleans, so Russo’s was created as an outlet for both cuisines. The restaurant looks to give an experience that is hard to find in Northeast Ohio, with fresh seafood, southern-style cooking, and an extensive wine collection.
