We are perhaps better known as Shtick's Vegetarian Kitchen - which has been our name since our humble beginnings on the campus of Case Western Reserve University.
In 1997 we were a kosher-vegetarian cafe located in the Hillel building, hence the name "Shticks" - back then, we had five sandwiches and a falafel bar on our menu. In 1999, we moved to the school of law, on the CWRU campus, and we no longer held our kosher status.
We added high-quality meats to our menu, as per requests by carnivorous Law students. As time went on, our menu matured- though we still hold true to our vegetarian roots, with a host of veggie wraps, melts, soups, chilis, pizzas, salads.
