About the Artist
Lisa Quine is a creative consultant based in Cleveland, Ohio. Her areas of focus are murals, lettering, illustration and graphic design. She’s created over 100 murals in 2 countries (USA and France) and 6 states (Ohio, California, Florida, Texas, Indiana and Iowa). As a creative consultant, she has worked for clients like Meta, Aveda, Mercedes-Benz, Walmart, Holiday Inn, DoorDash, StubHub, Kohl’s, Harley-Davidson, Louis Vuitton, Hilton Hotels, Angi and American Greetings. Besides working on commissioned projects, Lisa travels all over the country attending and speaking at design conferences in order to gain new inspiration and inspire others. When she isn’t painting a wall or lettering on her iPad, Lisa loves spending time with her big Slovenian family or going on hikes around Ohio with her husband, daughter, son, and two doggies.
About the Design
The Cleveland skyline, but make it as magical as the city itself. This city gave me the career of my dreams and I fall in love with it more each year. This mural shows both my appreciation and fascination with it. I wanted to paint something for its residents and visitors of all ages, so that they too can celebrate this vibrant place. The piece itself features the lake and our beautiful skyline, but mainly uses the composition to showcase what comes out of the city - creativity and innovation. This design came out of trying to put into shapes and colors what it's like to be here.
