After five years of gaining experience in the beauty field, owner Chaz Henline opened a small salon in Lakewood, Ohio. Eventually outgrowing that space, Chaz moved his business to the former National City Bank in Rocky River in 1987. Charles Scott Salons & Spas became the first full-service salon and spa on the west side of Cleveland. In 1993, Chaz opened a shop in Westlake and a few years ago relocated that salon to Crocker Park.
Expanding to full spa services in 1996, the salons included a number of offerings both restorative and pampering. Charles Scott offers typical salon services such as haircuts, color, styling, makeup and nail services, plus a complete array of spa services including facials, body treatments, massage, hair removal and more. Services are tailored for both men and women.
All of the staff at Charles Scott are highly trained and even continue their education and training after joining the team. Team members are selected not only because they are skilled and well-trained professionals, but also for their warm personalities. The entire Charles Scott team contributes to the client’s full experience.
