Scaring for Charity for over 40 years! From the moment you cross the archway, you will be surrounded by monsters. They interact with you, they hunt you, they entertain you. This is what sets Bloodview apart from other haunts in the area. It is presented by the Broadview Heights Lions Club and produced by The Legion of Terror, the world's oldest horror improv acting, SFX makeup, and production company. The house is located in Broadview Heights, Ohio, and is the only charity haunt in Cuyahoga County. Located twenty minutes from both Cleveland and Akron, it’s easy to find and well worth the trip. Bloodview is more than just a Haunted House, it is a Interactive Dark Experience where you become a part of the ever-changing show. Since 1980, when the Broadview Heights Lions Club opened the original Bloodview Haunted House, the reason behind the scare has been the same: to raise money for local and national causes. Every actor and makeup artist is a volunteer; Lions Clubs from around the area help out with the staffing of the Witches Roost ticket booth and parking lot. There are no salaries or hourly wages; everyone there is working for the 501( c)3 non-profits that are united in the art of the scare. Please be aware that the show can be graphic and is not recommend for those with heart conditions, expecting mothers, children under 14 years old, or anyone with an adverse reaction to strobes and artificial fog. We are open rain or shine, we have a covered waiting area, plenty of parking, food vendor and bathroom facilities on site. So if you plan to visit a Haunted Attraction this Halloween season, come out to Bloodview Haunted House, where your dollars help support people in need!
