Feeling Welcome
Destination Cleveland is committed to enhancing the visitor experience in Cleveland. And, the people who work in Cleveland's travel and tourism community play a critical role as the face of our city to visitors.
Each year, Destination Cleveland will recognize individuals that go above and beyond customer service to offer true hospitality to Cleveland visitors. Potential nominees might include staff at hotels, restaurants, attractions, transportation authorities, the airport, taxi cab companies - anyone that interacts with a visitor during their stay.
