The Land Where Lyrics Flow
Hip-hop music celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. The Land observed with events and entertainment befitting this great American art form and its place in CLE history. City institutions like the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and unofficial poets laureate of The Land, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony, headlined events that will brought attention to hip-hop history, Cleveland’s place in it and commemorate those legends who laid the groundwork.
Concerts with legends like LL Cool J and Nelly, hip-hop exhibits and neighborhood fests like Bone Thugs-N-Harmony’s hometown Glenville Festival are just the beginning as the celebration of hip-hop’s half century birthday takes its place.
Join us and our friends at the Spread The Love Foundation, an organization founded by none other than "Krayzie Bone" himself, which advocates for urban arts cultural equity as we elevate the history and culture of hip-hop in The Land.
