The African American Cultural Gardens is proud to host its annual celebration of Juneteenth, the commemoration of the end of slavery in our country. The day begins with a car caravan, followed by festivities at the Gardens' Centennial Peace Plaza, then ceremonies, music, dance and food at the African American Garden. This is one of the oldest and most comprehensive celebrations of Juneteenth in Northeast Ohio. Held in conjunction with the Cleveland Cultural Gardens Federation.
