Ever wondered what Cleveland's comeback looks like from a different perspective? Say, from 668 feet above ground level? Look no further than the Terminal Tower Observation Deck, a hidden gem on the building's 42nd floor that offers some of the city's most jaw-dropping, panoramic views.
Getting to this bird's-eye (or plane's-eye?) perch is simple. Enter Tower City through the Public Square entrance. Take two elevators—you'll switch at the 32nd floor—and then enter right into the generous indoor space, which has windows on all sides for a 360-degree view. You can spend up to 25 minutes on the deck, and the experience is self-guided, meaning you can pick and choose how long you peer at iconic local landmarks—including Cleveland Browns Stadium, the winding Cuyahoga River and our ever-growing skyline—and scenery up to 30 miles away.
The observation deck is open from April through November on Saturdays and Sundays only, between noon and 4 p.m. You must buy tickets in advance, however—although at just $5, they're a steal.
After your visit, keep the local vibes going by soaking up some of Downtown's unique offerings. Catch a movie at Tower City Cinemas, which plays the newest blockbusters, or mosey through the mall's shops for a gift or two before heading into the connected JACK Cleveland Casino or other nearby Cleveland attractions.
Select your date/time and buy tickets for the Terminal Tower Observation Deck.
