Founded in 2019 by Shawnda Moye, a passionate African American female chef and the owner of The Bake Shop & Cafe and The Roaming Biscuit. A start-up biscuit company based in Cleveland, Ohio. Shawnda's love for baking began in her childhood, and she honed her skills by working in various bakeries and cafes. In 2019, she started The Roaming Biscuit as a pop-up business, which quickly gained a loyal following.
