About the Design
The Luna moth, native to Cleveland, creatively personifies the city's spirit. Its verdant shade symbolizes Cleveland's ambitious vitality and offers a fun photo opportunity that encapsulates the city's vibrancy. Positioned against Cleveland’s architectural elements, its soaring flight signifies the city's pursuit of growth and achievement, while its nocturnal nature pays homage to Cleveland’s exciting nightlife. Native to Cleveland, the "Forget-Me-Not” flowers are associated with determination and an underdog mentality. Despite their modest size, they flourish in challenging environments, embodying the city's ability to overcome obstacles and emerge stronger. Moths also symbolize fresh beginnings and insight, a message particularly resonant during these post-pandemic days of transition, reminding us that even in obscurity, a guiding light persists for those seeking solace.
