Hours: Monday through Saturday - 9:30AM to 6PM Sunday - Closed (May through September) 12PM - 5PM on Event Days
Payment: The Box Office accepts cash, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Will Call: Will Call tickets can be picked up anytime during regular Quicken Loans Arena Box Office hours. Please allow at least two (2) days after placing an order before attempting to pick up Will Call tickets.
Parking: Parking is available directly around the arena for approximately $8.00 to $15.00. Buses only can park at Erie or Summer.
General Info: The following items are NOT permitted: NO video recorders, audio recorders and other similar devices. No laser pointers or weapons. No backpacks, large bags, sealed packages of any kind (including gifts for the performers). No bottles, cans, and coolers. No outside food or beverages. Exceptions are made for medical reasons, baby food and reasonable children's snacks. The following items ARE permitted after inspection: Purses and diaper bags. Binoculars and cell phones. This is a no smoking facility.
General Info - Children: Children under 2 years of age are free on an adults lap.
