The Land of Your Winter Playground

Much like everything in Cleveland, pressure creates diamonds. So when the snow starts to fall in The Land, that’s when the real party gets started.

All are welcome to learn about and listen to the Baroque triple harp in a free Family Concert “Harp: Instrument of the Angels” as part of Les Délices’ LD@Play Series. Harp - Instrument of the Angels will feature special guest artist Maria Cleary, introducing improvisation on her incredible harp. A treacherous instrument that has no pedals, the Baroque triple harp instead has three sets of crisscrossing strings. In order to pluck the chromatic notes (the equivalent of the black keys on the keyboard) the performer must “reach in” between the strings. LD@Play is Les Délices series of family oriented programs on Saturday afternoon. These free interactive programs last 45 minutes and are designed children aged 5-12. Free. Registration recommended at: http://www.lesdelices.org/event/ldplay-meet-the-harp/
