Mr. Harrell was a strong man who just wanted to be loved and being around the people that loved him most. He enjoyed his job as a RTA bus driver and wanted to live his life as a good, hard working man and father to his 2 sons. Brandon Carter has created a strong presence in the world of social media and entertainment.
