Then, you can check out their archives, filled with stunning historical photographs and really interesting collections of Cleveland-based historical information. It’s all available here.
Cleveland Metroparks and Cleveland Metroparks Zoo launched a weekday Virtual Classroom on Facebook Live. At 11 a.m., you can join biologists who introduce you to various wildlife at the zoo. At 1 p.m., you can join Cleveland Metroparks naturalists as they look for signs of spring and discover wildlife.

The Rite Aid Cleveland Marathon announced that its 2020 races schedule for May 16-17 in Downtown Cleveland will be now “virtual event.” What does that mean exactly? Participants can register for the virtual event and then completing their miles at the location and time of their choice with the opportunity to submit their miles April 15-May 17. Shirts and medals will be mailed in June. Not into virtual tracking? That’s cool. As alternatives, the organization is offering participants a deferment to the 2021 or 2022 races. Learn more here.
