Celebrate the city's vibrant LGBTQ+ community in the heart of Downtown Cleveland. This inclusive event combines entertainment, education and activism — with the goal of exuding unity and acceptance, raising awareness and generally just creating good vibes all around.
This long-held Cleveland cultural tradition is finally returning post-pandemic and we couldn’t be more excited. Count us in for the Cleveland Museum of Art’s annual art parade on Wade oval with costumes, local food vendors, and music.
To commemorate the historic day when slavery in America ended, join Clevelanders at Mall C in Downtown Cleveland for a family-friendly celebration packed with delicious bites, inspiring art, and powerful art and music performances all honoring CLE's Black culture.
Looking to recharge your soul and surround yourself with positive energy? Bring your yoga mat over to Edgewater Park for the Cleveland Ohio Yoga Fest. This event ties together music, nutrition, and of course - yoga to have you leaving a completely nourished soul.
Kamm's Corners, a neighborhood boasting a rich and rather admirable Irish heritage, hosts The Hooley. Dance an Irish jig to the bagpipers or tip back a few cold ones with the live bands at this mother-of-all block parties as it celebrates its 15th anniversary.
Intimate jam sessions. Soul-soothing solos. Classic quartets. Big band bopping. Dramatic divas. That's the sound of Cleveland for three solid days during the Tri-C JazzFest. At this year's 45th anniversary, experience nearly a dozen performances, as well as numerous free concerts featuring the best of blues, big band, zydeco, gypsy swing, Latin, calypso, bop and straight-ahead and smooth jazz.
Grab your bagpipes and kilt and head down to Cuyahoga Country Fair to celebrate Scottish Heritage at this family-friendly festival. Watch pipe bands compete, enjoy some traditional highland dancing and grab the Haggis and other celtic items available for purchase.
June 21 - 22: Solstice Festival
Get ready to dance like you're on cloud nine. While the Cleveland Museum of Art's anual midsummer gala is sidelined this year due to construction, Cuyahoga County is throwing the ultimate solstice bridge bash. For two days, the Detroit-Superior Bridge will become a public art festival complete with an art installation and live music, all surrounded by the city skyline.
Want to hang out with Clevelanders on their very own front lawns? The eclectic and oh-so-cozy neighborhood of Larchmere comes alive during this festival where 30 indie bands perform on front porches of 30 neighborhood homes.
Join the Cleveland Orchestra at their summer home, Blossom Music Center, as they serenade the Land with tunes all through the warmer months. With features such as their Salute to America (July 3) to honor Independence Day, showings of blockbusters like The Lord of the Rings: The Return of The King (August 2-4) and acrobats performing Broadway hits (August 31 - September 1), all with live musical accompaniment and more, you’ll truly be in tune with the summer.
