Are you a passionate Cleveland super connector eager to share your community knowledge, your network and your friendship with newcomers? We’re looking for a diverse makeup of Clevelanders who reflect our wonderfully inclusive community to serve as Cleveland Talent Alliance Ambassadors.

Ambassadors are locals who help new and potential residents navigate their new home. Ambassadors connect with newcomers to answer questions, share CLE experiences and ensure their transition to The Land is as smooth as possible. As an Ambassador you’ll receive training and support to make sure you have all the tools necessary to welcome new residents to our city. Join us in making Cleveland The Land of warm welcomes.
