At its core, Destination Management’s purpose is to inclusively advance Cleveland as destination city. This team’s job is to elevate tourism in Cleveland by working collaboratively with the community.
 
The Destination Management team is segmented into four parts, each one working in tandem with the others:

• Destination Engagement

• Destination Development

• Destination Experience

• Destination Strategy 

Convention Sales and Services  

Destination Cleveland’s Convention Sales and Services team is dedicated to inspiring group visitation to Cleveland through the booking of major conventions, meetings, tours and business events. This team actively pursues meeting planners and groups who are interested in visiting Cleveland and then assists them in the booking process. After that, the team’s experienced event professionals service each and every group before and during their Cleveland event — ensuring a best-in-class experience every time.
