Destination Cleveland’s community-powered Brag Movement makes it easy, fun and rewarding for Clevelanders to talk proudly about their city. By pressing the new Brag Button at events or engaging the new Brag Coach on ThisisCleveland.com, residents are joining an effort to amplify Cleveland’s story. The result: authentic recommendations that showcase the places, experiences and pride that set The Land apart and entice family and friends to visit.
Destination Cleveland has engaged Bloom Consulting to gain an objective understanding of Cleveland’s overall perception and how it impacts our economic future. The proprietary research will provide a data-based diagnosis of what is influencing perceptions and how perception shifts correlate to growth in visitation, business investment and talent attraction.
Cleveland is the first U.S. city to engage Bloom for these insights; findings will be addressed through a long-term, coordinated community effort to reshape perceptions for economic growth.
Development across Cleveland is accelerating. Billions of dollars in project investment are reshaping the city’s landscape. Maximizing impact of these investments relies on residents and visitors experiencing them firsthand. Destination Cleveland is helping to connect this development to the broader story of Cleveland – extending the impact and supporting long-term momentum.
