To get started, visit the CLE Insider Page. Please note: it may take up to one week to gain access to Passport after applying. 

Download the Destination Cleveland App available for iOS and Android devices.

Open the app and create a profile.

Visit your first location and check-in when you are within the geofence.

Visit and check in to as many locations as you’d like to earn an array of prizes.

Task: Visit the Cleveland Visitors Center to meet our team, learn more about how they interact with visitors and how they can be a resource to you.

Prize: Script Cleveland-branded retractable keychain and a Rookie of the Land sticker.

Task: Visit at least two of the six listed Cleveland script signs.

Prize: Cleveland-branded lapel pin and a Cleveland Script Sign Seeker sticker.

Task: Visit at least two of Cleveland’s major attractions.

Prize: Script CLE-branded belt bag and Cleveland Icons Sticker.

Task: Visit at least two murals across the city.

Prize: A poster composite of the Murals Across the City program and a Murals Across the City sticker.*

*Please note: Prize is still in production with estimated Visitor Center pick-up availability in early fall.

Task: Visit at least two of the 6 listed waterfront locations.

Prize: Script Cleveland-branded beach throw and a Waterfront Wanderer sticker.

Task: Visit at least two of the 20 listed outdoor locations.

Prize: Script Cleveland-branded stainless steel water bottle and Trailblazer sticker.

Task: Visit at least two of the annual events/festivals listed. Additional events and festivals will be added throughout the year.

Prize: Script Cleveland-branded keychain/bottle opener and Festival Fanatic sticker.

Task: Visit at least two of Cleveland’s iconic coffee shops or restaurants.

Prize: Script Cleveland-branded insulated tumbler.
