Parking

Complimentary valet parking at Truss is available for all event guests. Valet service runs 3 – 8 p.m. Should your evening plans extend beyond 8 p.m., please find alternative parking among the various self-park lots available within walking distance of the venue.

Public Transit

Truss is served by the Rapid Red Line. It is a three-minute walk from the West 25th - Ohio City Station. The venue is also served directly by the #51 MetroHealth Line bus, as well as the #22, #25 and #45.

Registration

Registration check-in is located within the arrival lobby. Please have a digital copy of your Eventbrite ticket ready to show event staff or simply provide your name for ease of entry.

Seating

For those with reserved seating, you will see the reserved seating area in front of the stage once you enter the formal event space on the 9th floor. Staff in Cleveland t-shirts will be onsite to help direct you to your seat when the presentation is set to begin.

For those with general admission seating, please note that is on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be a mix of formal, theater-style seating along with couches and high tops (with and without bar stools). Staff will be onsite to help you find a seat, however if you need special arrangements, please email us at rsvp@destinationcle.org.

David Gilbert 

President & CEO of Destination Cleveland


David Gilbert took over the top spot at Destination Cleveland, the region’s convention and visitors bureau, in 2011. He simultaneously serves as president and CEO of the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission, which pursues amateur athletic events.

From April 2015 through December 2016, Gilbert also served as the president and CEO of the Cleveland 2016 Host Committee for the Republican National Convention.
