Cleveland held it's very first Women's Entrepreneurship Day in November 2018. The worldwide movement will be back again with another WED conference on Tuesday, November 19 and you don't want to miss it. Initiated and developed by Cleveland native Wendy Diamond, Women's Entrepreneurship Day brings together hundreds of women each year at the United Nations Headquarters to recognize the economic contributions of women who are changing their communities, cities and countries. This is an event for entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs, side-hustlers, dreamers and doers. WED Cleveland is bringing together a force of local women in business and nonprofit leadership to spark new ideas and build bridges of support and collaboration. And we want YOU to be a part of it! For the full schedule, go to: http://wedcleveland.org/schedule/ More than 145 countries around the world acknowledge and celebrate Women’s Entrepreneurship Day annually on Nov. 19, making it the world’s largest grassroots movement dedicated to empowering women worldwide. In Cleveland, you'll have the opportunity to hear from women doing well and doing GOOD in business, applying new technologies, innovative thinking and inspiring action to change how we live and work. There will be opportunities to meet and network throughout the day. You'll have the opportunity to attend active workshops, where you'll gain professional knowledge and walk away with new strategies you can apply to your own work. WED is a volunteer-run event, produced by Cleveland PR & Digital Communications firm Prosper for Purpose.
