The West Shore Chorale, founded in 1968, has been an anchor in the lives of singers and audiences for 50 years. Led by Conductor, John Drotleff for 35 years, WSC has performed over 90 concerts of major choral/orchestral works and many other programs featuring hundreds of choral octavos. Now in their 51st season, they return to the Cathedral to perform: Mozart's Vesperae Solennes de Confessore, Bernstein's Chichester Psalms, & Conte's September Sun - commissioned in memory of those who perished on September 11, 2001, based on a poem by John Stirling Walker.
