Payment: Box Office accepts Visa, cash and money order. Visa is a proud sponsor of the NFL and the Cleveland Browns, and is the only card now accepted by the Browns.
Will Call: Available for pickup after 9:00am on gameday at the ticket office will call windows located on the South side of the Stadium. Customer must present actual credit card, confirmation number, and photo ID.
Parking: Suite holders and Club Seat License holders with assigned parking in their contracts will receive information and details during early summer of each year. Other PSL holders, including guests with disabilities or special needs, will be responsible to make their own parking arrangements. Several parking operators are located in the downtown area.
General Info: The following items will not be permitted in the stadium: * Weapons: No weapons are allowed in the stadium. Possession of a firearm or weapon that potentially disrupts the ability to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment is strictly forbidden. Possession of such a weapon will result in immediate confiscation ejection, and possible arrest. * Alcoholic beverages * Animals (except assistive animals for people with disabilities) * Banners * Cans, bottles, or other beverages containers including bottled water * Confetti or glitter * Ice chests * Fireworks, or missile-like objects * Flash photography * Illegal substances * Laser pointers * Noisemaking device: ie bells, bullhorns, whistles, etc. * Smoking * Sticks, bats, or clubs * Strollers * Umbrellas * Video or movie cameras, tripods, or audio recording equipment * Any other item deemed dangerous and/or inappropriate
General Info - Children: Everyone regardless of age must have a ticket to enter the Stadium.
Accessibility: WHEELCHAIR ACCESS: Available through TM HEARING IMPAIRED: Assistive listening devices are available at any Guest Services booth located on all levels of the Stadium. A valid drivers license and/or major credit card will need to be utilized as a deposit for the equipment. ELEVATOR ACCESS: Elevator service is provided for our guests who require use of an elevator to access their seating area.
