Tremont Trek returns to the Tremont neighborhood on October 5th, 6-10pm. Trek began in 2002, paused during COVID, and returns this year with a fresh format. The Trek is more than just a walking home tour, it is a chance to visit six private homes, view art and furniture collections, and sample tastes from local chefs. It's an overall spectacular night that celebrates the vibrancy and charm of our beloved Duck Island and Tremont neighborhoods.
Beginning at 6 pm, the tour takes us from century cottages to custom homes, new construction, charming gardens, sweeping rooftop views, and unique restorations. Each home will feature tastes from our local chefs, including new restaurants as well as established neighborhood favorites. This immersive experience will feature fine wines from LA Cave du Vin and beers from Forest City Brewery. New this year, Trek is expanding into the afternoon and highlighting apartment buildings and open houses for homes on the market or coming to market soon. From 2-5 take self-guided tours through model units and open houses in Duck Island and Tremont.
Whether you’re a resident, visitor, or future neighbor, Tremont Trek offers a unique opportunity to experience the heart of Tremont on foot while connecting with others who appreciate its charm. All proceeds will directly support the vital work of Tremont West. Your participation will help us continue our efforts in fostering community development, supporting local businesses, and enhancing the neighborhood’s quality of life. This is a rain-or-shine event, so dress for the weather! We encourage everyone to secure tickets early, as this event historically sells out quickly!
