Cleveland’s original lakeside market offers shoppers an exceptional mix of vintage, beachy & handmade wares. This free event is celebrating its’ 13th year on the shore of Lake Erie in Avon Lake, Ohio. Thousands of guests visit the Summer Market every July to shop for furniture, jewelry, architectural pieces, art, vintage clothing, fresh produce, home decor, antiques and a variety of other goods from over 90 curated vendors. Guests also enjoy yummy food from featured restaurants and bakeries and enjoy live music on Friday night. Held at Veterans Memorial Park, Route 83 and Lake Road, The Summer Market's unique lakeside setting and stunning vistas are as distinct as the hand-selected vendors. About the Summer Market Founded in 2006, by Erin Stack and Kristen Weeden, two friends with a shared creative passion for vintage finds, lakeside living and helping others, The Summer Market benefits their Girls Give Back, non-profit organization based in Avon Lake. All proceeds from The Summer Market fund the "Gift of Home" an annual Girls Give Back project that creates a place of serenity, comfort and well-being for local families in need.
