The 13th International Award-Winning Ohio Burlesque Festival is to return to The Beachland Ballroom & Tavern on August 7th through August 10th, 2025 This year's motto is “Art is Resistance ."Our art form strives for excellence in all endeavors, ensuring our actions align with meaningful goals and values. This year's motto emphasizes the sense of direction of our core mission. The stage representation of our art form is crucial, showcasing a diverse array of over 70 entertainers from around the world. Our performances include Burlesque, Drag, Live Singers, Vaudeville, Variety, Aerial acts, and Sideshow. We welcome our award-winning international features and headliners gracing our Thursday Night Rock & Roll Opener Kicking off the weekend with electric energy, Thursday night features Cleveland's own award-winning starlet Heather & Lace, bringing their signature sparkle to the stage. Joining them is international sensation Queerly Femmetastic from Brooklyn, NYC—Grand Master Funk and a force of fabulousness you won’t want to miss! Friday Night All-Stars Showcase Friday night shines bright with an all-star lineup led by the dazzling Android Allure, fresh from the Tournament of Tease at the Burlesque Hall of Fame Weekender in Las Vegas and hailing from Chicago, IL. Sharing the spotlight are two burlesque powerhouses: internationally recognized and Burlesque Top 50 legends Bella Sin from Cleveland, OH, and the sultry, sensational Shimmy La Roux, Playboy Playmate and Chicago’s burlesque international Showgirl. Saturday Night Gala Spectacular Closing out the weekend with glam and glory, Saturday night welcomes the multi-award-winning dynamo Nami Flare from Florida. Topping the bill is none other than international icon and queen of rust, Danielle Colby from Iowa—star of American Pickers and a celebrated figure in the world of vintage, burlesque, and empowered artistry. Events are being hosted by Viktor Devonne from Los Angeles and Ken Schneck from Cleveland -We will be opening doors at 7:00 pm and the show will take place at 8:00 pm at The Beachland Ballroom and Tavern in Waterloo’s Art District.
