To kick off the summer season, we're welcoming wine expert (and champagne enthusiast) Shannon McDonnell, who will be bringing five of her favorite sparkling wines to jaja. Executive Chef Brian Whalen has prepared an exclusive 5-course menu to pair with these selections. Guests will enjoy a delicious meal and an abundance of sparkling wine. Who knows, we may even learn how to saber a bottle of champagne... 11:30 a.m. - Welcome Cocktail Starting at 12:00 p.m. 1st course - Wood-Fired Oyster with Prosciutto Butter & Parmigiano paired with Segura Viudas. 2nd course - Crab Cake with Baby Arugula & Frisee Salad, Cara Cara Orange, Shaved Fennel, Citrus Vinaigrette paired with Chandon Blanc. 3rd course - Crispy Pork Belly Benedict with Poached Egg & Chimi Rojo Hollandaise paired with Nino Franco. 4th course - Picanha with Fried Quail Egg & Green Chimichurri Aioli paired with Bertrand 825 Rose. Dessert - Assorted Miniature Fruit Desserts & Fresh Berries- Served Shared Plates Style paired with Henriot Brut. *All sales are final.
