Solon’s Family Fun Fest is back, and we are excited to welcome you! 🎉 Join us for a fun, inclusive afternoon designed for individuals of all abilities and their families. We have many engaging activities planned to make this a welcoming and enjoyable event for everyone. During the event, families can enjoy: Mini sports and interactive activities provided by Empower Sports A photo booth by A Notch Above Events to capture fun memories Creative balloon art by Blake Bailey Productions A quiet sensory space inside the Cuyahoga County Board of Developmental Disabilities Assistive Technology Van (ATV) for anyone who may need a break. More than 25 community organizations offering helpful resources and materials for families. We also have a special addition to the event. Solon O.P.E.N.(Organized Parent Education Network) and the Solon Community Band will offer sensory-based interactive crafts, an Instrument Alley where participants can try instruments, and a sensory-friendly band concert to close the event. This is a family-friendly and inclusive event, and everyone is welcome. Best of all, this event is FREE to attend. Registration is not required, but we ask that you scan the QR code on the flyer to let us know how many people will be attending with you. This helps us plan for the event. If you do not already have an account, you can create one and then indicate the number of people in your group. If you have any questions or need help with registration, please contact Bri Sumser, Solon’s Adaptive and Inclusive Coordinator, at 440-317-1427 or bsumser@solonohio.org.
