Our bodies need deep rest. Enjoy a full day of quiet reflection and healing to ease built-up stress and fatigue. If you’re new to spending time in silence, there will be plenty of opportunities to calm your mind through supported practices, including a variety of arts and crafts. This retreat will be hosted mostly in silence (including a screen detox – no phones!) with many nourishing spiritual offerings: journaling, guided centering prayer, yin and restorative yoga, a sound bath, silent and guided meditation. This all-day retreat will invite participants to disconnect to reconnect with the self and the Spirit. Retreat participants from all walks and traditions in faith are welcome; Christian, non-Christian, deconstructing, multi-faith-practicing, spiritual-but-non-religious, those who practice other faiths, seeking, etc. Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
