Served with broccoli, peppers, asparagus and baked whole wheat pita chips. with house made baked whole wheat pita chips. 1. Tahini Satay Tofu and Vegetables Not your ordinary Satay. This dish incorporates the richness of tahini that carries through complimenting the ginger, chili, vinegar and raisin reduction that make for an incredible pairing of flavors. Tofu is perfect to be infused with these flavors while adding its own richness complimenting the crispness and moisture from the accompanied broccoli, mushrooms, roasted carrots and peppers. Wehani and wild rice grains add the perfect final touch that pairs amazingly with Caymus White Conundrum. Who Says You Have To Have Red Wine With Meat? Chef Perko will briefly share current science and why you should enjoy these fabulous Caymus wine with food that will "Love You Back" with Emmolo Merlot 2. Butternut, Carrot and Ginger Soup The sweetness of the butternut squash and carrots is tempered by the sharpness of ginger and garlic for this incredibly flavorful and carotene rich combination of flavors that’s makes an outstanding pairing for Caymus Quilt Chardonnay. 3. Red Kale and Arugula Salad with Roasted Beets, Walnuts and Avocado Red Kale is gently massaged and pre-tossed with a vinaigrette of tamari, lemon, balsamic, tahini and garlic that will surprise you just how fabulous a vinaigrette without added oil can be. Healthy fats from the toasted walnuts and creamy avocado compliment the rich roasted beets for an outstanding match when paired with Caymus Cabernet Sauvignon 4.
