Join us for a one hour meditation and sound bath in the gallery. The vibrations of the crystal singing bowls will leave you feeling refreshed and uplifted. This unique session combines guided meditation and a healing sound bath among the artwork of Edna Soto. This session is suitable for everyone from beginners to experienced meditators. The sessions on May 31st and June 28th will be led by Lindsay Stefans, certified mindfulness teacher, owner of Selfspace studio and designer, artist, entrepreneur and world traveler. The session on June 14th will be led by LaToya Kent, who tours internationally as a singer, poet, songwriter and healer. Her mission is to bring people together to energetically charge the world for current and future generations. Please bring your own yoga mat and/or cushions and blanket, as you will be seated on the floor.
