Hearts Wide Open: A Concert Celebration Rooted in Stories & Reflection is a collaborative community residency between Near West Theatre and the May Dugan Center’s Seniors on the Move! program. Through music, storytelling, and reflection, participants explore the memories, experiences, and relationships that have shaped their lives. Guided by Near West Theatre teaching artists and supported by May Dugan Center staff, seniors come together to share their voices, celebrate their journeys, and build new connections through the arts.
