This experience is a mystical weaving together of yoga, sound, and meditation; opening, cleansing, and expanding your sacred heart space. The Yoga Practice will focus on heart opening poses, deep relaxation, and creating with your breath. During the practice, Sonic Alchemy will create a live shamanic soundscape with crystal singing bowls, didgeridoo, shamanic drumming, and vocalization stilling the endless chatter of mind while expanding and energizing the heart. After the yoga asana practice, we will experience a guided heart meditation and sound bath during an extended savasana.
