ROOFTOP: Fairmont Creamery Building The Fairmont Creamery Building is a landmark of industrial revitalization located in Cleveland’s historic Tremont neighborhood. Constructed in 1930 for the Fairmont Creamery Company—once a major national dairy distributor—the building served as a hub for milk processing, refrigeration, and distribution for much of the 20th century.
