On January 25th, Prosperity Social Club will host a 4-Course Dinner featuring Jackie O’s
Barrel-Aged Beers and Special Master of Ceremonies Erich Lasher.
Voted “Best Bar Food in Cleveland,” Prosperity Social Club is known for its Old Eastern European Food and its cozy atmosphere—but General Manager Jeffrey Siefer also gets some of the wildest beers around. “When I was lucky enough to obtain arguably four of the best barrel-aged beers ever made, I challenged our kitchen to pair them with four of the best courses they could imagine. After tasting everything together, I’m proud to say they’ve pulled it off,” says Siefer.
Chef Greg Winter’s four-course dinner will include Antipasto Salad paired with Jackie O’s Wood Ya Honey Bourbon Barrel-Aged Wheatwine with local Wildflower Honey, a Seared Lamb Chop paired with Jackie O’s Fire on the Coals Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Porter, Wild Boar Bolognese paired with Jackie O’s Double Barrel-Aged Dark Apparition Imperial Stout aged in Bourbon and Port Casks and a Banana Bread Pudding paired with Jackie O’s Vanilla & Coffee Bean Dark Apparition Bourbon
Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout.
The delicious cuisine & rare barrel-aged beers come with the expertise of Prosperity Social Club’s Beverage Concierge, Erich Lasher, who has spent decades cultivating relationships with his loyal guests as well as with partners from around the globe to obtain both the best products and knowledge of anyone in our fair city. Lasher says that Jackie O’s has long been one of his favorite breweries in the country, and takes pride in having purchased from them since the very beginning of their impressive journey. Lasher assures us “the beers [they] are showcasing are some real showstoppers, and it’s gonna be a hell of a night in both beer and food.”
Patrons should note this dinner will be communal and tickets must be purchased in advance, in person at Prosperity Social Club or over the phone at 216.937.1938. The dinner will cost $100 per person.
