Cleveland Clinic Get Fit Expo is a weekend long event suitable for all ages of every fitness level. The Expo will educate the community on the importance of eating well, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and promoting the benefits of exercise. Attendee’s physical abilities will be put to the test with FIT challenges to test your strength, flexibility and endurance. Guests will also have the opportunity to meet fitness greats, participate in group workouts, take home an abundance of giveaways, gain valuable knowledge, compete and be entertained by multiple fitness competitions and watch live cooking presentations and taste some delicious samples in our Healthy Eats Theatre.
