Guests will grab their first taste of our carefully crafted beer in our Beer Symposium before venturing into the production facility for an up-close look at our brewing, cellaring, and packaging processes. Then it really gets good. Get a personal tour of our sensory lab with our Sensory Specialist and Advanced Cicerone®, and put your tastebuds to the test with samples of Christmas Ale you won’t find anywhere else! Tours last approximately 90 minutes and include a tasting of up to six Christmas Ale variations in the Sensory lab, three beer tokens for samples of your choice in our Beer Symposium, and a souvenir glass to take home!
