Expand your beer knowledge at our Beer 101 Hop College Class. Learn from GLBC’s Cicerone-certified educators about the story of beer: where it came from, how it’s made, and the best way to taste it. Tap into a deeper understanding of craft brewing the GLBC way by looking at our brewery, history, and philosophy. Most importantly, enhance your learning through a guided tasting of GLBC brews! Each enrollment includes one 5 oz. pour of each beer, the guided tasting, and a Hop College nonic pint glass (pictured below). Beer 101 also includes a tour of the brewery for an up close and personal look at how our delicious beer is brewed, cellared, and packaged. Graduate at the bottom of your glass at Hop College, where our taproom is your classroom.
