The largest event of its kind in the Midwest! The Ohio Decoy Collectors and Carvers Association, and the Great Lakes Decoy Association are holding their two shows together March 15 - 16, 2025, at the Holiday Inn Cleveland South, Independence Ohio. Carvers and artists from throughout the USA and Canada will compete in 24 carving contests for over $11,000 in cash prizes. Duck decoys, shorebirds, fish decoys, owls, hawks, songbirds, jigging sticks and miniatures will be judged throughout the weekend.
Collectors will find vintage and contemporary decoys, fish decoys and tackle, hunting and fishing memorabilia, and wildlife art for sale in room-to-room sales and the ballroom. Carving supplies, patterns, specialty woods, reference books and folk art will also be for sale. Demonstrations, auctions, and raffles, will be held throughout the weekend! Sunday morning is the biggest hunting-style decoy contest in the country where entries will be judged in the hotel pool! And don't miss the 6:30 p.m. Saturday Auction!
