35 Years of Holiday Cheer

The Western Reserve Chorale celebrates its 35th season of offering free concerts to the community.

The holiday season's program on Sunday, December 6 at 3:30 p.m. features GLORIA by Bob Chilcott and a delightful selection of holiday music. David Gilson, artistic director, will conduct the festive repertoire, performed by the 100+ members of the Chorale at First Baptist Church of Greater Cleveland, 3630 Fairmount Boulevard in Shaker Heights.

The concert includes Nutcracker Jingles by James Pierpont with a nod to Peter Ilyich Tchaikovsky; the Ladino classic, Ocho Kandelikas, by Flory Jagoda; Betelehemu (Nigerian Christmas Song) by Via Olatunji and Wendell Whalum; and The Holly and the Ivy, arranged by John Rutter.
Other holiday works complete the program.

Free, donations accepted at the door and online
