To say this three-day outdoor art festival is big would be an understatement. The Cain Park Arts Festival features hundreds of juried artists and crafters at this Cleveland Heights park July 7 (3:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.), July 8 (10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.) and July 9 (11:00 a.m. - 5 p.m.).
Art All Over
Just over half of the entries represent two-dimensional art like painting, watercolors, hand-pulled prints and photography, while the rest include crafts in categories like jewelry, ceramics, glass, sculpture, wood and more. If you see something on display, you may be in luck, as many of the pieces will be available for purchase. Curated in part by award-winning local artist George Kozmon, participating artists are chosen exclusively on the artistic merit of the submitted pieces. In fact, many of the showcased artists are automatically accepted into the show because they were winners at the 2022 Festival.
