The First Tee of Cleveland will host the 2nd annual Taste of The Tee fundraiser at Cuyahoga Community College’s Hospitality Management Center at Public Square on Thursday, April 30 from 5:30-7:30 pm. Guests will discover the true joy of cooking, teamwork and community partnerships. The intimate evening is a celebration of three local non-profits -- The First Tee of Cleveland, Cuyahoga Community College and EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute. Culinary creations will be presented by participants of The First Tee of Cleveland’s Fit To A Tee cooking class and their mentors from Tri-C’s Culinary Arts program. Plus, guests will sample fine wines selected and presented by Brandon Chrostowski of EDWINS while enjoying musical entertainment by First Tee of Cleveland alumnus Javier Davis. New this year, Demonstrations and Tastings by senior culinary staff from Vitamix. The mission of The First Tee of Cleveland is to positively impact the lives of young people ages 6 to 18 across Northeast Ohio by providing educational programs that build character, instill life-enhancing values and promote healthy choices through the game of golf. Proceeds from Taste of The Tee will help the organization grow its positive impact by instilling Life Skills, Core Values and Healthy Habits. Taste of The Tee tickets are $150 per person.
