Feast to the Beat. Noshing on food in time to music. That just sounds like our kind of Saturday.
If you're into food, beer, music, games and giveaways (and let's be honest, who isn't?), stop by Hart Crane Park in the Ohio & Erie Canalway National Heritage Area on Saturday, August 13 from 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. when the Feast to the Beat tour rolls into Cleveland.
What's the Feast to the Beat tour, you ask? Think hippie-road-trip-meets-jam-fests-meets-National-Parks.
The tour starts in the Channel Islands in California, heads cross-country to the Blue Ridge Parkway in North Carolina, then travels northbound to good ol' CLE's Ohio & Erie Canalway. It's a celebration of the National Parks' Centennial year, complete with top-notch chefs, great music and even a psychedelic, brightly colored tour bus.
Cleveland's stop will include an Ohio City Bike Co-Op social ride, Trolley tours, stand-up paddleboarding, live concerts, food, beer, games, skateboard demos, and... seriously, do you need more? OK, well, there's more.
Hart Crane Park is on the Cuyahoga River in Cleveland’s Flats neighborhood, just north of the Columbus Road Bridge (get directions).
