2025 Pizza Challenge

Clevelanders have known it for decades: our pizza scene is unbelievable. Ask any local, and they’ll tell you their favorite mom-and-pop pizza shop that’s been serving their neighborhood for generations, not to mention some of the newest spots turning out creative pies on the culinary cutting edge.

Our 2025 Pizza Challenge is a fun and easy way to navigate CLE's pizza scene, all while earning achievements toward your certification as a Certified Cleveland Pizza Professional (or CCPP, for short). 

1. Download the Destination Cleveland App – iOS or Android
2. Log In to the App – Open the app on your mobile device, tap the menu and tap "Log In." Enter an email address to start the account creation process or use your existing Facebook or Apple (iOS only) account.
3. View Challenge Locations – Tap the menu, tap on "Challenges" and tap on one of the "2025 Pizza Challenge" achievements to view a list of locations for you to visit.
4. Visit a Location and Check-in – Head to one of the many challenge locations and grab a slice of pizza. In the app, tap on a location from the challenge list and tap the "Check-In Now" button. Note: You must be within 50 meters of the location when checking in.
